§
ILLNESS
St. Anthony’s Day Care Ministry will
accept children preschool age through age ten.
Children attending St. Anthony’s Day
Care Ministry must be completely toilet trained.
No diapers or pull-ups allowed.
Parents are responsible for providing
their child with a small blanket, sheet and pillow.
Favorite blankets, dolls and stuffed animals
are welcome to spend nap time with us.
Parents are required to wash these
linens on a weekly basis.
Please pack an extra set of clothes in
a shoe box.
Please remember change them with the
seasons.
When a child fails to comply to the
rules of St. Anthony’s Day Care, the child suffers the consequences of his/her
actions.
We will make every effort help your
child overcome and change the behavior.
Some consequences may include loss of
play time or loss of privileges.
If the problem occurs frequently, the
parents, child and caretakers will meet to discuss how to eliminate future
misconduct.
In the case of a serious infraction,
the following will occur:
REPRIMAND: A written notice will be sent
to parents by the caretaker explaining the incident.
A written response will be expected by
parents.
PROBATION: If attempts to correct the
situation have been unsuccessful, the student may be placed on a 30 day
probation period.

1. Destruction or defacement of
property of Church, School or others.

and safety of others.

days.
You must let the staff know if your
child misses and you wish to use it as a free day.
Once these days are used up you will
be charged for any missed days.
If you do not pay for the missed day
it is considered a free day.
You will receive five free days if
your child is only enrolled for the summer session of Day Care.
June - August 2 1st. During a
maternity leave you will be charged 50% of your weekly Day Care fee in order to
hold your child’s position.

A.M.-6:OOP.M. Monday through Friday.
Please refer to our calendar for the days the
Day Care will be closed.
Our center closes promptly at 6:00 P.M.
Being late to pick up your child often causes
undue anxiety.
It also causes our staff to work overtime.
Due to these conditions, for each minute past
6:00 P.M., your account will be billed $1.00 per minute payable immediately.
In the
event of bad weather conditions, the day care will remain open.
If the
weather conditions become extremely severe, please listen to WRBI radio 103.9
Batesville.
You are
required to pay for your regular scheduled day if the Day Care remains open and
you choose for your child to not attend.
If you
have any remaining free days you may use them at this time.
Children who are sick should remain at home.
If your child has had a fever within the past
24 hours, please keep your child at home.
If your child becomes sick during the day, it
is your responsibility to take your child home.
